our latest app, distant shore, is now available on the itunes!

we are hoping for some koi pond-like magic with this one.  it is a pretty simple idea…

• wander an endless beach collecting sea shells
• 5 sea shells = 1 bottle
• use bottles to write notes and launch them into the virtual sea
• find bottles washed up on your beach that contain notes from other people

well, some friends and I thought it would be fun to goof around with the iphone when apple announced the dev program for the 2.0 release… our first app, koi pond, went up on the store last wednesday… and it now sits as the #2 best selling app on the front page of itunes! so good! if you have an iphone or itouch you should check it out and let me know how you like it!

i have half-season tickets to the padres and normally it’s a blast. last night was just plain silly. the game went 22 innings to make it the longest mlb game in 15 years. but i had to leave in the 17th to catch the last train home. and the padres lost two hours later. lame.

anyways, i just thought i would share the brick i bought last year to honor hall of famer and mr. padre, tony gwynn.

the brick is right in front of this statue in petco park.

it’s forever fixed in time with my dated meme and mmo lingo.

i thought it was pretty funny.

i started playing wow again… since i installed it on my new imac!

i’m playing a dorf hunter that i rolled a while ago but he is still only lvl 18…

trying to catch up to some pals who are closing in on 40 but i just don’t have the time to devote to it.

our new offices for trion sd are in del mar, so the commute by car is a little better than it used to be but the downside is…

it’s totally jacked up as far as public transportation goes.

i’m still trying to figure out some combo of train and bicycle that will be bearable…

but i don’t know what i’m gunna do once the baseball season starts. argh.
